Mar España holds a law degree and leads Plataforma Control Z, an initiative dedicated to making the digital world more human and protecting health and fundamental rights. She is also the President and co-founder of FUNDEVAS, an NGO focused on neurodevelopment, health, and early bonding during the first 1,000 days of life. She previously served as Director of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

María Salmerón Ruiz

Dr. María Salmerón is a paediatrician at Hospital Ruber Internacional and Centro Comienzo. She serves as President of SEMA and coordinates the Digital Health Working Group at the Spanish Association of Paediatrics (AEP). She advises institutions including the European Union, the AEPD, and various ministries on the impact of digital environments on health. María is also a researcher, speaker, and author of scientific and public-facing publications, and regularly collaborates with the media.

David Ezpeleta Echávarri

David Ezpeleta holds a degree in Medicine from the University of Navarra. He works as a neurologist at the Hospital San Juan de Dios in Pamplona and at the Vithas Institute of Neurosciences in Madrid, which he directs. He serves as Vice President of the Spanish Society of Neurology, where he leads the areas of Neurotechnology and Artificial Intelligence, as well as History and Culture.

Miquel Àngel Prats Fernández

Miquel Àngel Prats is a teacher, educational psychologist, and holds a PhD in Pedagogy. He is currently an Associate Professor of Educational Technology and the lead researcher of the eduTIC line within the PSITIC research group (Pedagogy, Society, Innovation, and ICT) at the Blanquerna Faculty of Psychology, Education, and Sport of Ramon Llull University. He is an expert in pedagogical innovation and ICT.
